How to report a data error
The fastest correction is a specific one. Send the page address, the exact line that is wrong, and what it should say. If you have a primary source, name it: the Office of the Clerk roster at clerk.house.gov, senate.gov, or your state election office. Every report is checked against those sources before anything on the site changes, so a message with a citation is dealt with faster than one without.
What this site does not do
Messages are not forwarded to members of Congress, and casework is not passed on. Every district page and every senator page carries the office’s own phone number and web contact form, and those reach the staff whose job is constituent requests. This site does not endorse candidates, does not sell placement, and does not change what a page says in exchange for payment.
